							Ivan and Emmanuel were the two bat mitigation technicians assigned to my property.  I could not have asked for a better team. All my questions were addressed and answered by Ivan along the way.  Both worked well together and handled a large project till completion with focused attention to proper application of product to my shutters  and roof.  Thank you, you both are Great! 							David Royer was GREAT! I have been dealing with another large well-known company for the past 2 months trying to resolve an issue in my attic.  I was given the run around and a lot of back and forth and as of today my issue still has not been resolved.  I was starting to feel hopeless because I have not had a good night's sleep in the last 2 months.  David came in and performed an extension evaluation of the attic, the roof, and the exterior.  He thoroughly explained what it could be and how the pests are getting in and out through several vents on the roof that are missing caps.  He answered and addressed my many questions and concerns.  He gave me an action plan, explained the resolution process thoroughly and was very respectful and transparent.  I truly believe that with his suggestions my issue will be resolved.
