We had a weird smell in our house and I couldn’t figure out what it was. I called this service and Jake was so thorough! He checked my attics and every crawl space. Ultimately, he couldn’t find anything because it turned out it wasn’t animal related. He didn’t charge me anything and was so professional. If I ever have an issue again, I will use this company.

Sean Spratt has been doing my pest and snake control for a few years now. I had issue yesterday and he got it taken care of quickly for me !! He always lets me know when heading to my home, he’s courteous and knowledgeable regarding wildlife and pest control !!

This was the first time we used your service and what a delight it was! Our resident groundhogs under our shed were enticing our new 2 year old chow dog and he was on guard constantly out back. We worked with David Feinman and he explained the process thoroughly and professionally. He kept us up to date on the schedule and even the day off called to say his ETA. Andrew Lew joined him and the barriers they put in around the shed were so neat and clean it looked like a landscaper had been here! I hope we don't have any new wildlife join our family....I'm sure the groundhogs will look elsewhere, but if we did have some new critters show up (which I doubt with the job that was done) we wouldn't hesitate to contact Xceptional Wildlife removal again. We'll be sure to tell our neighbors about your service and what a great job David and Andrew did to rid us of our visitors. Thank you so much!

The service is fine, but this company makes it VERY difficult to cancel services. I'd called and was told this had to be in writing. I then emailed twice and never got a response. We were getting a new puppy, and I did not want their pest control boxes in the yard, so just threw them out. If they try to come out yet again and I miss them, I will not pay added charges. The company should do better with this.

Ivan & Emmanuel were professional, nice and friendly. They kept in touch while in route, and communicated barrires to ETA. They were able to answer all of my questions. Work was neatly done and the added plus is that they cleaned up behind themselves. Good job guys!

Mr. Claude and his crew did an EXCELLENT job at removing a mother raccoon and her babies from the attic of our home. He and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They did just what was promised. The process took a couple of visits, but it was very successful. I would highly recommend this company for your wildlife removal needs.

I want to thank Gale, and Ross,team of wildlife professionals that came out to my home. I was having a serious issue in one of my front porch columns and didn’t realize how severe it had become. They took the time to explain important facts about bats and the damage they can cause. The team got everything cleaned up and restored my front porch to looking brand new. Ray Jackson was awesome. Super down to earth, professional and easy to talk to. He showed up on time and explained everything really well and made the whole process feel way less stressful.One funny part was when he found out I have a pet spider, he was genuinely shocked 😂 It was actually really cool finding someone else who appreciates bugs instead of freaking out over them. You can tell he actually enjoys what he does and knows his stuff. Definitely recommend him if you need an exterminator.

Ivan & Emmanuel arrived as scheduled to take care of a Bat poop area that was found when my house was inspected by Terminix. Both Ivan and Emmanuel did an outstanding job of sealing up the external gables on the upper level of our house.

I had bats in my attic so I called Xceptional. They were thorough with their quote taking the time to explain everything involved with sealing my house from bats getting in. When it came to the work Ivan and Emmanuel did an exceptional job! They were knowledgeable, hard-working, courteous, and genuinely good people that I felt good about working on my house. I would definitely use them again!

I had a vole problem - they were eating roots and this destroying all my flowers. James was excellent! He set up the bait boxes, explained to me how the process worked, and then came each month to refill the boxes and provide me an update. Ivan and Emmanuel made several trips to address a family of racoons who had taken over my home's attic. Their work was excellent and they were able to solve my racoon problem. I would not hesitate calling in them again if I have any future critter issues.

They did an excellent job in fixing my chimney and thus, getting rid of my woodpecker issue. They were responsive, got it done 2 days after I called and even followed up with me to make sure the issue was fixed. I highly recommend.
