Mr. Claude and his crew did an EXCELLENT job at removing a mother raccoon and her babies from the attic of our home. He and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. Ray Jackson was awesome. Super down to earth, professional and easy to talk to. He showed up on time and explained everything really well and made the whole process feel way less stressful.One funny part was when he found out I have a pet spider, he was genuinely shocked 😂 It was actually really cool finding someone else who appreciates bugs instead of freaking out over them. Ivan & Emmanuel arrived as scheduled to take care of a Bat poop area that was found when my house was inspected by Terminix. Both Ivan and Emmanuel did an outstanding job of sealing up the external gables on the upper level of our house.

I had bats in my attic so I called Xceptional. They were thorough with their quote taking the time to explain everything involved with sealing my house from bats getting in. When it came to the work Ivan and Emmanuel did an exceptional job! They were knowledgeable, hard-working, courteous, and genuinely good people that I felt good about working on my house. I would definitely use them again!

I had a vole problem - they were eating roots and this destroying all my flowers. James was excellent! He set up the bait boxes, explained to me how the process worked, and then came each month to refill the boxes and provide me an update. Ivan and Emmanuel made several trips to address a family of racoons who had taken over my home's attic. Their work was excellent and they were able to solve my racoon problem. I would not hesitate calling in them again if I have any future critter issues.

David Royer was GREAT! I have been dealing with another large well-known company for the past 2 months trying to resolve an issue in my attic. I was given the run around and a lot of back and forth and as of today my issue still has not been resolved. I was starting to feel hopeless because I have not had a good night's sleep in the last 2 months. David came in and performed an extension evaluation of the attic, the roof, and the exterior. He thoroughly explained what it could be and how the pests are getting in and out through several vents on the roof that are missing caps. He answered and addressed my many questions and concerns.
