David Royer was GREAT! I have been dealing with another large well-known company for the past 2 months trying to resolve an issue in my attic. I was given the run around and a lot of back and forth and as of today my issue still has not been resolved. I was starting to feel hopeless because I have not had a good night's sleep in the last 2 months. David came in and performed an extension evaluation of the attic, the roof, and the exterior.
